Travel

The event team will be booking all attendee travel for this conference.

 

After you have filled out the Registration Form, please complete the Travel Form below. Once your form is submitted, keep an eye out for correspondence from LE Events Group. They will contact you with your best flight options. Flights will not be booked without your approval.

DETAILS TO HAVE READY FOR A SMOOTH PROCESS:

• Originating and returning airport

• TSA Precheck or Known Traveler Number if applicable

• Preferred airlines with frequent flyer accounts (not guaranteed)

PLEASE NOTE:

• Attendees with a 6-hour or less travel time by car are expected to drive to the conference.

• CSC are responsible for their own travel and do not need to fill out a Travel Form.
