Travel

The event team will be booking all attendee travel for this conference, including Field Leaders.

 

After you have filled out the Registration Form, please complete the Travel Form below. Once your form is submitted, keep an eye out for correspondence from LE Events Group. They will contact you with your best flight options. Flights will not be booked without your approval.

• Originating and returning airport

• TSA Precheck or Known Traveler Number if applicable

• Preferred airlines with frequent flyer accounts (not guaranteed)

PLEASE NOTE

• Checked bags will be at own expense.

• Attendees with a 6-hour or less travel time by car are expected to drive to the conference. If you are driving farther than 6 hours, please communicate with your Regional Director.

• CSC are responsible for their own travel and do not need to fill out a Travel Form.

• If staying pre or post nights, you are responsible for the airline ticket cost difference.

• Travel day meals will be provided via gift cards.
