• ​Each attendee must submit their own Registration Form.

• Hotel is covered for the conference dates of 8/24-8/26. CSC and pre/post nights are pay on own.

• CSC and anyone requesting pre/post nights must provide a credit card for a 1-night deposit. Please have one ready for a smooth registration process!

• ​If you do not need hotel accommodations, please leave any hotel related questions blank.

• ​Hotel reservations will be confirmed within 7-14 business days. A confirmation will be emailed to you.

• Once you complete your registration, please return to this website and fill out a Travel Form (if applicable).​ The event team will be booking all attendee flights.
